Terms and conditions

  1. Applicants must be overseas trade buyers in order to be eligible to participate in this special sponsorship program.
  2. Each company can only receive one sponsorship opportunity, which can be either free hotel accommodation or cash subsidy.
  3. Once the sponsorship plan application is submitted, you cannot change to other sponsorship plans.
  4. You and/or your company are not allowed to be exhibitors of the MEGA SHOW Hong Kong, otherwise you will not be able to apply for this special sponsorship.
  5. Submitting an application does not automatically mean that you have received sponsorship, and sponsorship eligibility is fully determined by the organizer.
  6. This sponsorship program is only applicable to the first and second parts of the MEGA SHOW held from October 20-23, 2026, and from October 27-29, 2026.

  7. If choosing hotel sponsorship :

    • Each eligible company can receive a maximum of one free stay in a single or twin room, but the availability of twin rooms depends on the hotel’s room type, and another buyer must complete the same buyer pre-registration.

    • After receiving the hotel confirmation letter, if you fail to attend the exhibition as required by the application, the deposit will not be refunded.

  8. If you choose cash sponsorship :

    • You need to bring a copy of your passport, and the official confirmation letter issued by the organizer to the buyer sponsorship redemption counter to redeem your cash subsidy.

  9. The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms or terminate this buyer sponsorship program without prior notice.
  10. In case of any dispute over the sponsorship plan, the organizer has the final interpretation right and is binding.
