Access to Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre

By MTR

MTR - www.mtr.com.hk is the main public transportation in the urban area. Apart from Airport Express and Light Rail, the current system comprises 10 lines – Disneyland Resort, East Rail, Island, South Island, Kwun Tong, Tuen Ma, Tsuen Kwan O, Tsuen Wan, Tung Chung and West Rail. You can reach the HKCEC by getting off at the Exhibition Centre MTR Station (Exit B3).

By Star Ferry

There is a ferry service between Kowloon and Wan Chai. The Wan Chai Ferry Pier is within a 10-minute walk from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

By Airport Express

The fastest way to get to downtown is via the Airport Express Line (AEL). To reach the Exhibition Centre MTR Station, you may choose the fastest route -

The HKCEC Airport Express Passengers can now enjoy an added privilege - a free airport express shuttle bus from the HKCEC to the Hong Kong Station. The bus stop is located at the HKCEC's Harbour Road Entrance.

By Taxi

The starting rate for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Taxi is HK$27. After the flagfall, the incremental charge for the first-tier distance of each 200m is $1.9 and the second-tier distance is $1.3. Tunnel or bridge tolls (HK$ 3 - HK$ 35) will be added to the amount on the meter. When using any of the three cross-harbour tunnels, you will expect to pay an extra of HK$10 - HK$15. There may also be additional charges for the luggage carried in the boot.
