Remarks
The hotel will be allocated by the organizer on a first-come, first-served basis.
The paid guarantee deposit will be fully refunded onsite at the Redemption Counter on your final day of visit.
Each eligible company can receive a maximum of one free stay in a single or twin room, but the availability of twin rooms depends on the hotel’s room type, and another buyer must complete the same buyer pre-registration.
After receiving the hotel confirmation letter, if you fail to attend the exhibition in person as required by the application, the guarantee deposit will not be refunded.
To qualify for this sponsorship program, your flight ticket period must be within 16-25 Oct, 2026.
To qualify for this sponsorship program, your hotel stay and flight date period must be within 23-31 Oct, 2026.
