Must-complete Tasks
1. Pre-arrange & attend the business-matching meetings with exhibitors.
2. Pay USD 100 guarantee deposit.
3. Submit Electronic Air Ticket Receipt.
4. Attend the show for any 2 consecutive days (20–21 Oct or 21–22 Oct), and stay for at least 3 hours for each visiting day.
3-night Hotel Stay

2. Pay USD 200 guarantee deposit.
3. Submit Electronic Air Ticket Receipt.
4. Attend the show for 3 days from 20 to 22 October, and stay for at least 3 hours for each visiting day.
2-night Hotel Stay

Must-complete Tasks
1. Pre-arrange & attend the business-matching meeting with exhibitors.
2. Pay USD 100 guarantee deposit.
3. Submit Electronic Air Ticket Receipt.
4. Attend the show for 2 days from 27 to 28 October., and stay for at least 3 hours for each visiting day
Designated Hotels:
1. Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers (5-star)
2. The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel (5-star)
3. W Hotel (5-star)
Remarks
The hotel will be allocated by the organizer on a first-come, first-served basis.
The paid guarantee deposit will be fully refunded onsite at the Redemption Counter on your final day of visit.
Each eligible company can receive a maximum of one free stay in a single or twin room, but the availability of twin rooms depends on the hotel’s room type, and another buyer must complete the same buyer pre-registration.
After receiving the hotel confirmation letter, if you fail to attend the exhibition in person as required by the application, the guarantee deposit will not be refunded.
• To qualify for this sponsorship program, your flight ticket period must fall within 17 Oct - 2 Nov, 2026.
• The 2026 sponsorship application deadline is 30 September 2026. Qualified applicants are requested to submit all necessary documentation within 14 days of receiving the application confirmation letter.

CASH SUBSIDY
Visit Three Days

2. Submit Electronic Air Ticket Receipt & Hotel Booking Confirmation.
3. Attend the show for 3 days from 20 to 22 October, and stay for at least 3 hours for each visiting day.
4. You must present your passport when redeeming the cash subsidy.
Visit Two Days

Visit on 20 & 21 Oct
Visit on 21 & 22 Oct
